I'm very proud to say two of my films, 'The Dance Of Scales And Feathers' (left) and 'Keep it down!', are selected for the kids programme 'Mon Oeil' at the Centre Pompidou, Paris. I made both films during my study at the AKV St. Joost and I'm honoured to have been asked by such a prestigious museum.
The programme focusses on kids from the age of 5 and wishes to stimulate them in their imagination and teaches them something about art. I'm very happy that my work can inspire young kids!
Also, I wish to inform you that my shop has now been officially opened! Some prints are going fast so get yours if you haven't already!
A little birdie once told me...
This print and others will be available from my shop very soon! I'm planning to launch the shop this week.
New illustration! I was inspired by a tale my mother used to read me when I was younger, about a princess bride and her horse Falada. The princess was forced to go into hiding after her servant changed their identities and beheaded her beloved horse. What she didn't know was that the horse could talk. With the help of Falada, whose head now hanged above a gateway, the princess got her identity back and the servant was punished.
I always felt bad for the princess, especially how lonely she was, so I gave her company in the form of a sea of talking horse heads.
This illustration will be available as a print soon!
Happy Halloween! Here's a little GIF I made to send to your friends if they like living dead kitties.
New illustration! I will open a shop very soon when I have more prints to sell. This one will be the first!
