For pop venue the Effenaar in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, I made a music poster of singer-songwriter Tom Rosenthal. I got inspired by the British landscapes, and also pastel colors like the ones he uses in his music videos.
The Effenaar was a great client, for which I hope to make more in the future. They gave me complete creative freedom, which was great, only I didn't realize there were two Tom Rosenthals in Great Britain: one an actor, one a singer-songwriter. I thought they were the same person!
So of course I drew the wrong one. Luckily my client just had a good laugh about it and there was still time left to redo the poster.
